What do these wait times mean?
The current wait time is the actual length of time from when you arrive and register to when your treatment begins with your clinical team. This treatment starts with the gathering of information, any testing, and preparation to be seen by a provider. Urgent Care wait times represent a four-hour rolling average updated every 10 minutes.
Please note that there may be circumstances that affect wait times, such as periods of high volume that may occur during flu season, or if patients happen to arrive who are very ill and need immediate attention and/or transfer to an emergency department.
We encourage walk-in appointments at any time during our office hours. Patients can save time with our online advance check-in so patients with set appointment times may be seen before those who walk in. Also, specialty services such as travel or occupational medicine visits have pre-scheduled appointments.
At Circle Health Urgent Care, we strive to provide timely treatment and work hard to ensure wait times remain as short as possible. Feel free to check with our staff about your questions or your wait.
