We must accelerate the shift of care beyond the limits of our buildings and office hours.

The events of 2020 have made clear that we must accelerate progress on the 2025 vision laid out at our 2019 Advance.

We must accelerate the shift of care beyond the limits of our buildings and office hours. Circle Health must bring more high-value care, including acute services, into people’s homes, stream it to their smartphones, and partner with community partners to remove structural inequalities in care.

Circle Health’s future vision is focused on building distinctive service experiences that create lasting relationships. We remain strongly committed to sustainable, community-based primary care and specialty physician practices. Circle Health and its clinical partners will invest to build and grow new programs to keep healthy people well and to address the social determinants of health and better care outcomes.

We will measure success as the health of our communities, the wellbeing of individual patients and our employees, and our success in high-value contracts with our payer partners. Ultimately, we define success as helping people live longer, better lives in the Merrimack Valley, so that our region is known as one of the best places to live and raise a family, work, or start a business.
