That same data shows that people feel strongly about this benefit—60% say they would consider switching primary care doctors to get access to a smart-routing feature.
In response, the Celero Steering Committee is evaluating a mobile and web-based technology application that would use an AI medical graph to dynamically prompt patients with questions about their condition and then route them to their primary care provider. With this platform, Circle Health and its aligned adult primary care and pediatric practices can create meaningful differentiation in the market on something that matters a great deal to customers, and which can help streamline and accelerate the shift to digital customer experiences.
