The enrollment takes less than five minutes and you only need your photo ID. Please ask a nurse or Lowell General staff member for details.

Circle Health Patient Portal is a personalized online tool for Lowell General Hospital patients that helps keep you up to date on your healthcare information by giving you convenient access to your hospital test results and medical records. Circle Health Patient Portal is accessible through the Internet, so you can access it from virtually anywhere you would like – at a time that’s most convenient for you.
You have three convenient ways to enroll!
- Visit a Patient Service Representative in any of our Patient Service Centers, Urgent Care Centers, Admitting or Emergency Department.
- Give us a call at 978-937-6023. Representatives are available 7:00am-6:00pm.

You will need to supply your NAME, DATE OF BIRTH and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. Upon your request for an invitation, Circle Health will send you an email on how to enroll in the Portal, with a link to create your own confidential username and password.
