Now Offering Virtual Urgent Care
To better serve our patients and community and support social distancing efforts, Circle Health Urgent Care is now offering face-to-face virtual urgent care services with our providers from 8am-8pm, seven days a week. Now, you can see our same great providers with specialized training in emergency and family medicine in the comfort of your own home.
Patients may be any age; however, if under 18, a legal guardian must be present at the time of the virtual urgent care service.
This will enable you to view your Telemedicine appointment summary, print any discharge instructions and out-of-work/school or return-to-work/school documentation so you don't have to physically come to the clinic to collect any paperwork.

Conditions that can be treated through Telemedicine:
- Cough, cold or flu
- Seasonal allergies
- Minor eye pain or irritation
- Insect/tick bites
- Poison Ivy
- Minor cuts and scrapes
- Minor burns
- Sinus infection
- Sore throat
- Urinary tract infection
- Vomiting / diarrhea
- Yeast infection
When NOT to use Virtual Urgent Care
If you have chest pain, uncontrolled bleeding, difficulty breathing, or have suffered a severe injury, please go to the nearest emergency department. Also, conditions that need a physical examination, such as X-rays, blood draws, or a procedure will require an in-person visit with a provider.
What you will need for your Telemedicine appointment
You will need connection to the internet, as well as a computer, tablet, or smart phone.
Depending on the illness or condition, some patients can be treated through an audio (phone) visit and others will require a face-to-face video appointment.
How does a Telemedicine appointment work?
A Circle Health Urgent Care telemedicine visit is a patient-to-provider visit that utilizes a secure video conferencing platform courtesy of our partner American Well.
The provider will virtually assess patient concerns and symptoms, answer questions, and recommend the next steps the patient should take and complete the necessary follow up with patient’s primary care physician. Our provider will call in prescriptions if needed to patients’ preferred pharmacy.
Circle Health Urgent Care accepts most health insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company for specific information on co-pays and referrals.
