Winter Snow Emergency and Closures // Circle Health

The updated forecast for this weekend calls for up to 20 inches of snow in our area with snow expected to fall between two to four inches per hour between 5:00 am and 5:00 pm Saturday, January 29. Lowell General Hospital has made the preparations needed to ensure we are well positioned to serve our patients for the duration of this winter storm and have allocated our resources appropriately.

Storm Related Closures

Please note the following locations and services will be CLOSED Saturday, January 29^th:

Circle Health Urgent Care centers in Billerica, Dracut, Tewksbury and Westford
All Patient Service Centers at our satellite outpatient locations.
COVID-19 testing site at the Saab Building at the Saints campus

Parking Restrictions

Please note that parking in Lowell General Hospital’s parking garages is restricted to patients, physicians, and employees only. We appreciate our community’s support as we work to ensure the safe care of our patients and accessibility to the hospital’s emergency and inpatient services. The City of Lowell has made free parking available at ALL city garages during the storm at: Snow Emergency Parking Ban Information and list of city parking garages.
