Frank Edward Osborn MD

Dr. Osborn was inspired to become a family practitioner because he is able to care for patients of all ages. “I’m able to see entire families – from children and teenagers to young adults, parents and grandparents. I’m fortunate to enjoy the whole spectrum of my patients’ lives. I’ve seen the babies I delivered grow up and I continue to care for them.”
What is Dr. Osborn’s care philosophy?
“I enjoy getting to know my patients and what is most important to them. I try to remember all those little details so I can treat the whole person and find different ways to tackle their health concerns. Together, we find options that will work best for their families, their lifestyles and their personal goals.”
“I like expanding my organizational positions as it allows me to help improve not only my patients’ health but the health of the community. My goal is the quadruple aim: better quality, lower cost, better experience, and a better physician environment.”
Dr. Osborn has been caring for patients in the Greater Lowell community since 1999. He previously held the role of Medical Director of Merrimack Family Medicine, Lowell General Hospital’s Chief of Family Medicine, and the Lowell General PHO Medical Director for 14 years. He was also an Associate Professor of Tufts University School of Medicine for Physical Diagnosis for over 10 years.
Outside of work, Dr. Osborn’s interests include car racing, cooking and fencing.
